Skin Trackers in 3 minutes: what you can do without login, with Steam login (auto-import), and with the extension (auto-sync of history). Each level unlocks more features without unnecessary friction.
Level 0 · Free access
All public. Zero signup.
STI family
5 proprietary CS2 market indices with 6-year backtest. S&P 500 style.
Live market
Top 50 skins by allocated capital, top movers 24h/7d/30d, CS2 event calendar.
Open methodology
How we build the indices: market-cap weighting, divisor adjustment, honest disclosures.
Editorial blog
Analysis on market behavior, comparisons with CDI/BTC, lessons from 6 years of scraping.
Level 1 · Steam login
30 seconds. Steam OpenID. No password, no required email.
When you log in with Steam, we import your CS2 skin inventory automatically in the background. It appears in the /inventory section with category filters, current vs target allocation, and top holdings.
Level 2 · Steam Market history
Paid prices + dates. 2 paths: extension (auto-sync) or DevTools (one-time).
Browser extension
Install once. When you visit the Steam Market, it syncs history automatically. Zero copy/paste, zero reconfiguration. CSFloat-style pattern.
Optional backfill: the "Contribute history" button in the popup scrapes (with your cookies, not ours) up to 50 skins from the STI universe at a time, helping deepen the index backtest. Consent modal + explicit human action. Details at /privacy § 5b.
Status: foundations ready. Chrome Web Store in progress — early access on request via /about.
DevTools snippet
One-time paste in the Console (F12) on Steam Market. 5+ years of history in 1 minute. Re-import whenever to refresh.
Available now in /settings after login.

Do I need to pay?
Do you have access to my inventory/Steam account?
Server-side: never. Login is via Steam OpenID — Steam only confirms your identity (SteamID64). Our server never receives your Steam session cookies, never trades, never buys/sells, and never accesses anything beyond what is already public.
Extension (optional): if you install the Chrome extension (in development), it reads your cookies locally (only in the context of steamcommunity.com, never cross-site) to access your transaction history and prices. Cookies never leave your browser — only the processed result is sent to Skin Trackers. Details at /privacy § 5b.
